If a donor mails an end-of-year check directly to you, you must save the envelope and send it in with the check. The December 2019 2020 postmark on the envelope serves as proof that it is a 2019 2020 donation. If a check is dated in 20192020, but the postmark on the envelope is 2020, that will not count as a 2019 2020 gift. Please check your mailboxes early in the new year for these types of gifts and immediately send them to Reliant. They must be received by January 13, 2020, to be included with 2019 2020 gifts. IMPORTANT - With the added volume of checks being processed at the end of the year, checks dated 2019 2020 received past December 31st, 2019 2020 that are NOT accompanied by a postmarked envelope will be processed as 20202021. Reliant will not contact the missionary regarding 2019 2020 checks that are missing the 2019 2020 post-marked envelope as in previous years. This responsibility will rest with the missionary to understand the requirement of the 2019 2020 post-marked envelope and include that when mailing the check to Reliant. |

December 2019 gifts received after this cutoff (but by the January 13 deadline) will still be counted as December gifts, but they will be reserved and used toward the balance available to pay your February 1415, 2020 2021 paycheck.

- All December gifts sent directly to you by donors must be received by Reliant by January 13. This is the final accounting deadline for 2019 2020 "late checks" to be received in the Reliant office to be recorded as 2019 2020 giving for tax-deduction purposes. This only counts for checks that were postmarked in 20192020. (Our auditors check the postmark date on the envelope to prove the donation was mailed in 20192020, so please save the envelope and mail it with the check!) Please check your mailboxes early in the new year for these types of gifts and immediately send them to Reliant to be received by the January 13 deadline.
- If you are mailing checks using a guaranteed delivery service for delivery on January 13th - please make sure you select the delivery option for early AM delivery or guaranteed delivery by 1:00 PM. To allow for sufficient processing time by our Gift Services team, Reliant will be unable to guarantee a 2019 2020 gift date for packages containing 2019 2020 checks received after 1:00 PM EST on January 13th.
- Deadline for any remaining 2019 2020 reimbursements to be submitted to Reliant by 11:59 p.m. Eastern time. You must submit any remaining October, November or December 2019 2020 reimbursements by this date. The normal three-month submission window does not apply during this time of year.
