Personal Ministry Report

The Personal Ministry Report, or PMR, helps provide the greater narrative to fund-raising experience.  It also allows the Fund-raising missionary to focus and identify what they need most from your next coaching session.   For the coach, the PMR  provides a snapshot of the missionary’s week, which allows the coach to get the most out of the weekly meeting by focusing on areas of need, as identified by the missionary.  For the missionary, it is an opportunity to reflect on the past week and prepare for the next.  This tool is helpful even for an in-person meeting, because the preparation and focus provided through the report allow the one-on-one time to be used  more effectively on supporting, trouble-shooting and setting plans for the coming week.
