  • Mar. 16 - Apr. 30: Evaluations – Complete an Evaluation of each of your Reliant missionaries and submit by sharing with mr@reliant.org. 

  • Apr. 30: Deadline for Reliant to receive your evaluations.
  • May 1 - June 5: Compensation Review conversations between Mike Swann or CJ White and local supervisors.
    • Reliant will send out a follow-up email once your evaluations are in to schedule this time. Please reach out to courtney.south@reliant.org at any time to get this on your calendar. 
    • May 20: Deadline to schedule an appointment with Mike Swann or CJ White for the Compensation Review.
  • June 1619: Compensation Notices go out to missionaries.
  • July 16: Deadline for missionaries to accept new salaries.
