The following is a Coaching Agreement for use between MTD coaches the fund-raising missionaries, so they communicate well on the expectation of their coaching relationship. The paragraphs below can be copied & pasted into an email. Then the coach and coachee can review and agree on how they will work together. As a coach, you you are free to modify the Agreement to fit your situation.

As a coach, my commitment to you is to provide:

As the one being I coached, I am asking you to:
- Be present at coaching all coaching times and timely in communication.
- These coaching appointments are meant to be equivalent to face-to-face meetings, which means we are in our "offices", looking at our screens and listening to each other, ready to take notes of decisions made together.
- Be a learner, willing to receive input, doing assignments given while being honest as we interact together.
- Work the agreed-upon hours toward MTD (generally 40 hours per week).
- Accomplish weekly MTD tasks, including MTD Timecard, PMR (Personal Ministry Report) & check-in with your coach (me).
- Maintain presence in your a Christian community and with the Lord personally for spiritual sustenance and personal accountability.
