If a missionary is not meeting the minimum standard at 6 weeks out from training Reliant will send an email to the missionary, coach, supervisor, and vertical to asses the situation. The goal is to help the missionary get back on track. Another check will be done at 10-12 weeks to see if the situation has unproved and if support raising is exceeding the minimum standards. If at some point in this process if it is deemed necessary the missionary will be issued a standard of performance which could ultimately lead to a termination of employment if the situation comes to thatwe don’t see progress that matches those minimum expectations at our next check, we will evaluate what steps are necessary for seeing change happen.
