Which categories are these givers in? If many are in the same category, that tells you who to appreciate and engage them wellfirst. For many missionaries, they may be active regular donors. How many are giving the top 20%? Generally a few people are giving the bulk of your budget. They deserve top priority and personalized attention. Consider how will you deepen their involvement with you in the coming year.
