Initial Hire and Enrollment

The enrollment form that needs to be submitted to GBG is usually completed during New Staff Training.  We hold it on file, and set-up your enrollment near your hire date.  If you need to submit a new form, find it in the list on this page under Forms. (GBG Enrollment Form)  

We understand that enrollment choices may change during the MTD season, any changes in your enrollment wishes or your family structure also should be sent to international@reliant.org.

All notifications of enrollment, waives or changes need to be submitted ten days before the initial hire date, to ensure timely enrollment.  After you are enrolled, Insurance cards will be emailed to you by International.  You may print the cards as needed. 

Questions you may have about your initial enrollment prior to being hired will be handled by international@reliant.org.

GBG  Eligibility

International missionaries are eligible to enroll in Reliant's current International Insurance plan 60 days prior plan prior to departing for their international ministry location. This coverage continues up to 60 days after an international missionary returns to the U.S. (with the intent of staying in the U.S.)
