Download the Highmark HSA Spending Account App for your phone

From your phone's App store search for:

Highmark Blue Shield $pending

To Register for the first time you will need to enter your login information (Username and Password) that you used when you registered at https://www.highmarkbcbs.com/home/.  

*Use the SAME login information on the App as you did for the Highmark website


You will also need to enter the following info: 

Employer ID: SPA084172

Employee ID: use the numerical Member number from your insurance ID card  and add a "0" at the end of the number

For example, if you ID was: CQM117651999002, enter 1176519990020 as the Employee ID


The App will allow you to:

  • Check your HSA account balance 
  • Pay Bills
  • View Transactions
  • Check Item Eligibility (This allows you to scan the barcode of an item to see if it's HSA account eligible
