You only need to make handwritten thank you notes for people who have said yes to giving AND signed up. Of course, you're welcome to write thank you notes to whomever you choose, but with the busy-ness of MTD, we recommend saving them for committed donors.

Thank you so much for becoming a part of the ministry partner team with Reliant Mission and <your ministry>. It is great to be working with people like you as together we seek to reach people for Christ. We couldn’t do it without you.
Include a short sentence or two about what God is already doing through your ministry or what you hope He will do once you get started.
Please pray with me that God would quickly complete the initial phase of ministry team development so that I can focus on this ministry completely. Thanks again for all you have done for me. I look forward to keeping you informed of all that God is doing through your partnership with Reliant.
