How to Sign-Up 

  1. Open the web browser and go to welcome.lark.com/highmarkbcbs  & enter your cell phone number.
  2. A text will be sent to your phone with a link directing you to download the app.
  3. After clicking the link from the text, you will come to a page and it will prompt you to click "Get The App".
  4. The app will open in your App Store ( available for both Android and Apple ).
  5. Once the LARK app is downloaded, it will welcome you to your personal health coach.
  6. Create your account (you can use your Facebook login or personal e-mail).
  7. When the account is created, you will see "Link Successfully Applied".
  8. Enable motion activity - this will allow LARK to track your physical activity to give you a more accurate health evaluation.
  9. After enabling motion activity, you will have the option to link your insurance to your account. If you choose not to do this, you will have limited access to LARK & not all LARK capabilities will be functional. Remember, LARK is NO COST to you, linking your insurance allows LARK to take your prior health claims into consideration when coaching & evaluating you.
  10. You will now answer some brief questions to be matched with a program such as weight loss, weight management, etc....
  11. After the program type is chosen - you have successfully made LARK your personal wellness coach!

ShareCare:

ShareCare is the digital portion of Well360. It allows you to take a Real Age Test to see where your physical health is in relation to your age. It does this by asking a series of questions that take about 15-20 minutes. After the test is completed, you will receive your "Real Age" and a detailed report to explain your results. This allows you to see areas of your health that can be improved, how it can be improved, and why it is important to do so. You are also able to follow channels on health topics you find interesting and want to learn more about. ShareCare becomes your dashboard for all your health needs and is also available in a phone app!

How to sign up:

  1. Open a web browser and go to mycare.sharecare.com
  2. Click "Get Started"
  3. Complete the brief sign-up & click create account 
  4. Once the account is created, it will take you to your Health Dashboard where you can take the Real Age Test and determine your body's true age
  5. Your dashboard will house your Real Age Report, health tracking tools, personal health profile, and health articles & channels to follow.
