Receiving too many emails from Breezy? Follow the steps below to control what notifications you receive from Breezy via email.
Log into your Breezy account by navigating to https://app.breezy.hr
On the home page, select the gear icon in the upper left corner and then select User Settings.
In User Settings, select Notifications on the left-hand side.
Under Notifications, you will see a list of notification items that Breezy can alert you about.
You will notice a column labeled Alerts and a column labeled Email on the right-hand side.
- Alerts are inside Breezy on the home page within the bell icon (next to the gear icon we clicked earlier).
- The Email column is self-explanatory - it will email you if you check this box.
If you are a supervisor making hiring decisions, we HIGHLY recommend keeping the following notifications turned on in the email column:
- Mentions Of You
- Applying Candidates
- Candidate Messages (Assigned to you)
- Candidate Assigned
- Task Assigned to You
Keeping the above email notifications turned on will allow you to get only what you need from Breezy and nothing more, mainly new applicant alerts and local interview alerts.
You are welcome to turn on Alerts and Emails for other options, but again, at the minimum, we ask that you keep these email notifications on.
