Procedure
- After completing the Missionary Input section of the Annual Review, the Missionary will share the Annual Review with their Supervisor and Personnel Committee.
- The Supervisor should check that the correct people have access to the document.
- The Supervisor and/or Personnel Committee will complete the Supervisor Input section. (Click here for the tutorial.)
- Each church can determine how this works best for their environment.
- If the Personnel Committee is not involved directly in filling out the Supervisor Input, they should review it once it is complete.
- Personnel Committee/Church Board should determine who will meet with the Missionary to discuss the Annual Review.
- (Optional) Personnel Committee can decide to implement the 360 Degree Feedback Survey for Pastors & Board Members (now or later in the year).
- If the 360 Degree Feedback Survey is used as part of the Annual Review, the Personnel Committee can use input from the Feedback Survey to complete the Supervisor Input section.
- If the Personnel Committee determines that something needs added attention or elevation,
- The Personnel Committee should have a direct line to bring concerns back to the Church Board and/or
- The Personnel Committee can elevate concerns to Reliant by contacting the Program Team Lead (Mike.Swann@reliant.org) and HR Director.
- Reliant will send salary and staff level information to Personnel Committee and set up a time to talk about the Missionary salary.
- Although Reliant will share salary information directly with the Personnel Committee, the committee may reach out to supervisors, church HR committees, etc., for guidance in determining salaries with Reliant.
- The church may decide to have Personnel Committee determine the salaries for the entire church Staff if desired.
- Some churches may also ask the Personnel Committee to speak into how the church determines how much money the church might give to Reliant on behalf of Missionaries to help defray their support-raising need.

Mike Swann - Can you take a look at this page and its child pages? You'll see that there is a holding place for the 360 Evaluation. I'll work on that on Monday.

Mike Swann - I moved 360 to #4, before the line about elevation, in case something on the 360 Review needs to be elevated.
