If an event participant does not have insurance, Reliant needs to acknowledge that . Either in an email notification or within the application itself if the participant answers no to having insurance.
Dear LT Participant,
We have noted that you have indicated on your program application that you currently do not have health insurance. So this notice is to verify that per your application, Reliant acknowledges that you do not have health insurance. The Leadership Training program does not include health insurance coverage for participants. Thus, if something should happen to you that requires medical services (during your participation in the LT program), it is your responsibility to cover any costs incurred related to your medical treatment.
