Fidelity Donors

If you have a donor wanting to give through a Fidelity fund, you can assist in that process by sending them this info: 

Thank you for your generosity through your Fidelity charitable fund. Below is the needed info to help that transaction process smoothly for both Reliant and Fidelity: 

1. Make the gift payable to Reliant, and include my Fund Number FD______ in the designation/memo line. 

2. If the foundation requires it, provide Reliant's Federal ID Number (FEIN/EIN): 52-1707002

3. A letter from the foundation is often sent on behalf of the donor, including the donor's contact information. This helps Reliant ensure the donation is properly processed and your info is entered correctly. Can you ask Fidelity to send a letter or note along with their check or wire transfer? 

4. Fidelity will need Reliant's address in order to mail the check:
