Happy New Year! The Employment Services Team has been working diligently to file the necessary tax documents for our employees.

Electronic W2's:

If you are an employed missionary, you will soon receive an email from payroll@reliant.org to your Reliant email address with information regarding how to access a virtual copy of your W2. If you are unable to access your Reliant email or do not receive this notification by January 15th, please contact us ASAP so that we ensure that you are able to view these important tax documents.

The email notification is generated directly from our payroll software so it will say it's from Reliant Payroll but it may still appear to look like spam. If you have questions about the email's authenticity you can forward the email to payroll@reliant.org for us to reply to you confirming that is the legitimate email. Once you log on to the Aatrix software website, you may see multiple W2's available on the website. If this is the case, please use the highest numbered form. The W2 documents should be identical unless you have received an email from us stating that we needed to update your information therefore a new W2 file was generated.

Mailed W2's:

Paper copies of the W2's will be mailed towards the end of January, to be received by January 31st. The mailing envelopes for the W2's will be plain. Please open your January mail carefully, to ensure it's not mistaken for junk mail.

AC forms 1095-C:

The Affordable care Act form 1095-C documents will also be sent out to benefits-eligible participants by the end of January with a similar-looking email and envelope. For more information on tax forms please see Taxes and W-2s.
