Claims take 10 to 14 days from receipt to be processed and payment is issued shortly after processing is completed.
Claims may be delayed if they require additional review, translation, currency conversion, or if additional information is needed.

To check the status of the submitted claims online. Please refer to the following steps:
- Log in to your secure member website - https://www.aetnainternational.com/
- Go to the "Claims" tab.
- Select "Claim Listing".
- Click "Details" on the last column of each row to check specific information about each claim.
