Example of Cert:
- First it would AT LEAST need to say that the pastors of XYZ Church licensed him as a minister of the gospel.
- Is qualified to be a religious leader in the church
- Is qualifies to conduct worship servies in the church
- Is qualified to have management responsibility in the control, conduct, or maintenance in the church
Ideally all four of the above would be great…if not, then probably at least three….but #1 IS REQUIRED.
