PNC is the administrator of all HSA's with Guidestone. There are a few fees associated with a PNC HSA account based on how it is utilized.

1. $3.50 Mandatory Monthly HSA Benefit Administration Fee
2. $1.25 Quarterly Paper Statement Fee - See below for steps to opt out of this service by receiving E-Statements.
3. $2.50 Monthly Investment Fee - When participating in the optional HSA Investments Account
4. $15 Returned Item Fee - When a contribution is returned unpaid
5. $15 Closure Fee

Sign-up for E-Statements

1. Login to https://www.highmarkbcbs.com/home/
2. Once logged in click on "Access Spending Account"
   
3. The Click on "Statements"
   
4. Click "Sample PDF" to obtain the PDF PIN and type the Pin in the box provided
   
5. Confirm the statements delivery method is now "Electronic"
