Demo: Fill out first week’s tab with you observing.
Clarify definitions—have them open this up and look at it while they are filling out the first week’s tab.

Introduction to Goal Setting
Open up the goal setting worksheet that they sent you and walk through the form.
Spend some time talking about the weekly goals section and see if those numbers are manageable for the next week.
Let them know that you guys will make a plan that is likely aggressive, but manageable, but it is a plan that will get them to 100%.
Let them know that by planning the work and then working the plan, you will be taking things one step at a time.
Reflect and Discuss
See how they are feeling, what they are thinking beginning this journey. Assure them and encourage them at this point that it is possible, and to take things one step at a time.
Assure them that you are there to help and encourage them anytime they need it.
