As a participant in Guidestone's medical coverage, you are eligible to use this cost-saving service to find the most cost-effective provider for a number of procedures, get assistance in scheduling the procedure, and even receive a cash reward of up to $500 should you choose a more cost-effective option!   

See below for the steps to take to save and receive a cash reward:

1. Get a prescription for a procedure that is included in this program.  Some of those procedures include:
   • Radiology Procedures
     • MRI's 
     • CT Scans
     • PET Scans
     • Mammograms
     • Some Ultrasounds
   • Outpatient Diagnostic Procedures
     • Endoscopy
     • Colonoscopy
   • Some Outpatient Surgeries
     • Carpal Tunnel Surgery
     • Bladder Scope Repair
     • Other surgeries
   • Some Inpatient Surgeries
     • Back Surgery
     • Hip Replacement
     • Knee Replacement
     • Other surgeries
2. Log onto the website or call the Personal Assistant Team for options for the procedure and assistance in scheduling your procedure.  If you choose a more cost-effective option, you may be eligible for a cash reward.  These rewards will be clearly labeled next to the providers available and their estimated procedure cost.  
3. Have your scheduled procedure.
4. Receive a check for the cash reward 60 days after the procedure should you be eligible.
