Reliant strives to provide a group health plan which meets the multiplicity of needs amongst a diversity of employees. The group health plan is covered through Global Benefits Group.  All international missionaries are required to carry the group medical and dental insurance once they become employed with Reliant.

Reliant missionaries serving overseas for a One Year service (or less) may choose to elect different insurance options for their short-term assignment.  The three medical options include:

1. Global Navigators Insurance Plan which offers creditable coverage but does require medical underwriting.
2. Atlas Travel Insurance Plan which does not offer creditable coverage, but has a lower daily insurance rate and does not require medical underwriting.
3. HCC Group Medical Insurance Plan which offers the highest medical creditable coverage and does not require medical underwriting.
