There are two websites associated with a Collegiate LT.

These two websites will need information about a new LT.

1-One is the reliant site which is where participants will actually register (Sample application shown above).  All the paperwork is used for launching this registration site.   Reliant will give directors (or LT administrators) access to view their participant's application answers and that’s where directors will accept them, keep track of medial/insurance forms and participants will receive acceptance emails all from this site.  A manual will be sent with directions on how to use the site.

2-The other site is http://collegiatelt.com/

This site is updated by Zakk Roberts (zakk@h2oPittsburgh.org) and it Collegiate’s LT information page for students and parents.  On this site is a link to go register on the Reliant site (and on the Reliant site is a link to the Collegiate site for more info).  You will be asked by Zakk for information for your LT.  The LTs on the Collegiate site this year will be the two Colorado LTs and Adirondack LT.

On the Collegiate website, cach LT has a welcome page, a program details page, info about the program director, info about finances (payment and dates), employment info (which is similar to the page we are asking you to send Reliant on employment), and the other ones have a student’s perspective.  So, a lot of the info you are sending Reliant you can just resend over to Zakk, but there is also some extra work involved there.  You can go online and check out the pages to give you an idea of what info you will need to collect to send Zakk.
