Average Donor – This can vary greatly. We have found that depending on the employee’s background and experience, new staff may have a lower average than staff members that have been in ministry for a length of time. We communicate at New Staff Training that a good average to aim for is $50 per month but new staff generally have an average between $35 - $50.  

The average gift for all Reliant staff, including long-term missionaries is $70/month.
