All Reliant field missionaries are assigned an @reliant e-mail address and user account via the Google for Nonprofits program. This account gives you access to official Reliant email, some MTD and administrative resources, plus other Google services. Here's more about it.
The official Reliant email inbox is based on the same system as a private "Gmail" account, but your data is protected by Reliant.

Reliant missionaries can use their google accounts to access some specific services including:
Yes! For ministry or even MTD purposes some missionaries will choose to their local ministry address as their primary address. It's up to you. (For MTD purposes, we do encourage our missionaries to use a professional address choices rather than a personal public account e.g. hotmail or gmail.)
Remember that your @reliant.org address remains your official address for Reliant missionary purposes, so if you check a different address principly, you can set your @reliant.org address to forward to your preferred address.
You can set your e-mail to automatically forward to another address, like a church address. See detailed instructions.
Another option is to leave your @reliant.org address separate, but use one e-mail program to check both addresses. All major e-mail programs like Mac Mail, Outlook, or iPhone Mail can do this.
If your other primary address is a Google address, you can also use the Send Mail As option to send e-mail that looks like it is from either account.
They are separate systems. The e-mail and password used for your ReliantID (formerly GCMID) is used to login to Staffnet or give at Reliant.org (formerly MyGCM). This is separate system then your Reliant Google account.
Nearly all field missionaries have their first.last@reliant.org also set as the email address for their ReliantID, but the passwords are maintained separately. Changing the password for one does not change it for it the other.
