General 2026 Plan and Rate Information

• Medical Plan (GuideStone) - While the national average increase is 18%, our premiums will increase by 23.0% in 2026. Over the past six years, our average annual increase has been 8.26%, including a (4.9%) decrease in 2021. A 3% increase in 2025, a 2.5% increase in 2024, a 3.1% increase in 2023, and a  9.7% increase in 2022.
• Dental Plan (RSLI) - 4% increase for 2026.
• Vision Plan (EyeMed) - After 11 years of stable rates, there will be a 13% increase in 2026. While the percentage is notable, the overall premium remains relatively low.

• Voluntary Life - Great News! Our rates are staying the same, and Reliance Standard has increased the reenrollment maximum for an employee to $50,000.00, up from $30,000.00. The total insured amount is subject to the Guaranteed Insured amount of $100,000.00 with Evidence of Insurability.

• The Aetna Employee Assistance Program (EAP). We introduced this service in 2021 and continue to provide Reliant staff members and their families additional support through counseling services (and other covered services) at no cost to them. Open Enrollment Participation

• If you do want to add, change, or terminate any medical, dental, or voluntary life insurance, you must complete all appropriate forms on the 2027 Open Enrollment Landing Page.
• If you do not want to add, change, or terminate your current medical, dental, or voluntary life insurance, you don't need to submit any of these forms during Open Enrollment.
• If you do want to enroll or continue in Vision Coverage, HSA Contributions, or Childcare Benefits, you must complete the 2026 Cafeteria form on the 2027 Open Enrollment Landing Page.

On October 22, 2025, you will receive an email to your Reliant email address with instructions and additional Open Enrollment information. Your need to participate is based on your answers to the questions above.

Selections made during Open Enrollment are effective January 1, 2026.
