• We will continue with AETNA for 2027 and see an increase of 14.13% in premiums overall from 2026 to 2027.
• Other than the premiums, there are no changes to the plan or coverages in your Reliant Aetna policy for 2027.
• If you are enrolled in the Aetna plan and making NO changes, you do not need to participate in Open Enrollment. Your current selections will roll into 2027.
