  • You must authorize Reliant to make these paycheck deductions yearly by submitting a Cafeteria Plan Form on the 2027 Open Enrollment Landing Page.

Selections made during Open Enrollment are effective January 1, 2026.

  • The maximum annual benefit for child-care elections is $7,500.00 per household for married filing jointly or single filing head of household. If you are married and filing separately, the maximum benefit is $3,750.00.
