Open Enrollment
Selections made during Open Enrollment are effective January 1, 2026. |
Current Contribution Log into toolbox.Reliant.org using your Reliant email and password used to log into other Reliant sites. You can view your current employee contribution amount. You can also check your most recent pay stub to determine what you are currently contributing. Please use the Employer HSA Contributions chart below to figure out your Employer Contribution amount based on your coverage level. |
Two types of Contributions can be made to a Health Savings Account (HSA):
The IRS has annual limits on the amounts that can be contributed to HSA accounts. The annual combined total of employee contributions + employer HSA contributions cannot exceed the IRS annual limit.
Employees elect employee HSA contributions during open enrollment. These HSA contributions are deducted from the employee's paychecks each month as a pre-tax deduction and then deposited directly into the employee's personal HSA bank account.
Reliant strongly urges employees to consider making monthly tax-free employee HSA contributions to fund their HSA bank accounts. Reliant will deposit the employee contributions from your paychecks and the Reliant employer HSA contribution into your HSA account each month after payday.
Please note: Your HSA must be open to receive employee or employer contributions. You will receive emails from benefits@reliant.org on setting up your account, so please watch for them.
The maximum allowable HSA contribution amounts listed below illustrate how much you are eligible to contribute to your HSA account as an employee contribution from your paychecks.
You may also use this calculator to determine your maximum monthly employee contribution.

If you are only covered by a high deductible plan for a portion of the year, your maximum contribution amount is prorated based on the months you are covered. For example, for a single person under 55 who is only covered by a high deductible plan, like the Guidestone HS plans, for one month of the year, their annual max will be $450.00, not $4400.00. Please take this into account if you will be exiting employment before the end of the year. |
HSA Employer contributions are paid from non-MTD accounts. Contribution levels are the same across all plans but vary based on the coverage level.
Coverage level | ER contribution paid |
|---|---|
| Employee | $25 |
| Employee + Spouse | $50 |
| Employee + or child(ren) | $50 |
Family | $75 |
