We're excited to share that Reliant is making an important change to better support your financial future. Starting on July 6th, our 403(b)(9) Retiremenrt Plan currently administered by Principal Financial Group will transition to a new provider, GuideStone. GuideStone has been a a long-time trusted provider of Reliant's Domestic health insurance. They specialize in serving faith-based churches and non-profits and re respected industry leader in managing 403(b) (9) Plans for Christian organizations.

This decision was made by Relian't's management and executive leadership after careful consideration

A brief summary of this change and impactful details is included below.

• The timing of this change will begin July 6th and conclude around July 20th.  In that timeframe, retirement funds will be inaccessible as the funds are transferred from Principal to GuideStone
• GuideStone's record keeping fees for the retirement Plan
