- Make sure the check is filled out correctly, to includes the following information:
- check is made payable to Reliant
- the donor has listed your name (or the name of the ministry, or project) and 4-digit Fund Number on the memo line
- Mail the check to:

- Encourage your donor to send future checks directly to Reliant

If possible, kindly ask the donor to void the check and write a new one made payable to Reliant. This helps ensure proper tracking and that they receive an official donation receipt. If they’re unable to reissue the check, follow these steps: Deposit the check into your personal bank account. Purchase a money order or cashier’s check for the exact donation amount. Make it payable to Reliant. Mail the money order or cashier’s check to: Reliant, 11002 Lake Hart Dr, Ste 100, Orlando, FL 32832
You can usually purchase a money order at locations like the post office, 7-Eleven, Walgreens, CVS, most grocery stores, or Walmart. Here’s how to complete it correctly: Pay To: Write Reliant in the "Pay To" field. If it’s blank, you may handwrite the name. Address: Include the Reliant's mailing address: 11002 Lake Hart Dr, Ste 100, Orlando, FL 32832 From/Sender: Write the donor’s full name and address. Memo: Include your name and your 4-digit Fund Number. Signature (Front Only): If there’s a signature line on the front, sign your name.

The money order should match the exact donation amount. There may be a small fee, which you’ll need to pay up front. You may be eligible for reimbursement—check the Reimbursement section or contact the team at reimbursements@reliant.org with questions. Don’t forget to tear off and keep the receipt for your records.

- Reliant can accept international checks only in the following currencies:
- Canadian dollar (CAD)
- British pound (GBP)
- Euro (EUR)
- If a donor's check is in any other currency, please advise them to make their gift online, using a credit card
- For large gifts or if the donor prefers not to give by credit card, please ask the donor contact Donor Services via email at donor.services@reliant.org to explore alternative payment options
