Solomon is home to our updated Field Manual, which now contains all of our policies, documents, training materials and forms. This is Reliant's internal wikipedia. We've named it Solomon because it is full of wisdom! You will find instructions and information and also all of the forms that were once scattered across Staffnet. Of course you can always call KZ with a question, but we hope Solomon can help you find what you need as well.
Solomon is an improvement over how we have stored information on Staffnet in many ways. It works more like a Reliant-Wikipedia than a collection of manuals. As a field worker, you will be able to search for a topic and find both information and forms related to that topic all on the same page. It also means that here in the office, we can edit and update individual sections more easily and quickly, and we can create more pages that are each focused on a single topic and cross-link topics and information across the entire Field Manual. This will mean better communication between our staff, supervisors, coaches and office team. On the home page, you can see an activity feed of pages we are adding and updating.
We hope Solomon helps all of our staff, coaches, and supervisors be knowledgeable and equipped in their roles with Reliant.
