With Teledoc Health, you have virtual access to the following:

General Medical
General medical care is a convenient, cost-effective way to receive care. You can schedule an online appointment or receive on-demand care, 24/7. You can be diagnosed, treated or prescribed medication as needed. These services and treatments are for non-emergency illnesses only, such as the flu, cough, allergies, rash or others.
General medical care can be used for:
- Pediatric care for ages 2 years or older
- If there is no time for an office visit
- If you need a short-term prescription refill
- If your doctor is unavailable
- If distance makes an office visit difficult
- If you're on a vacation or business trip

Mental Health
Mental health care is confidential, ongoing support for counseling for conditions such as, but not limited to:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Grief
- Eating disorders
- PTSD/Stress
- Panic disorder
- Marriage and family issues
Patients select their choice of board-certified psychiatrists, licensed psychologists, therapists and counselors. Talk to the same counselor on-going for your issue from the comfort of your own home. Counselors are available seven days a week from 7 am to 9 pm by video.
Mental health care is available to members who are 18 years of age or older. There is a fee per session. Each session is 60 minutes: 45-50 minutes of talking, and 10-15 minutes of documentation.

Dermatology
Teledoc Health provides quick, reliable access to skin specialists with access to board-certified dermatologists via the app or the web. They treat acute or ongoing skin conditions such as:
- Psoriasis
- Skin infection
- Rosacea, and more
Images are shared to receive a diagnosis within two days. Providers can prescribe approved medication and you should follow up within seven days of the visit.
