All employers are required to post certain notices to employees in a conspicuous location in the workplace—such as in the breakroom, by a time clock, or in another place where employees are likely to see them. The required posters cover information such as federal and state minimum wages and occupational safety and health regulations.
The Department of Labor has recently issued guidance for remote workforces, which most Reliant Field Staff would fall under, regarding posting these notices electronically. See Labor Law Posters for current posters.
However, physical posters should be displayed for partner churches or ministries with workspaces where employees report regularly.
