Assessment Process
As you begin your transition from US Missionary to International Missionary US Missionaries with Reliant consider transitioning to an International role, there are various processes aspects of employment with Reliant that are similar and others that are different from a ministry change employment in the US role.

Assessment Process
There will be a look into the key things that are changing in the new role, without redoing the entire assessment process. However, this does mean that an abbreviated assessment process will be done. It will include things such as:

Along with these things, another local interview will be held with your anticipated future supervisor. You will also be a part of a Reliant interview where you will discuss some of the information found on the international testing packet. After this, your future supervisor and Reliant interviewer will make a decision in regards to the transfer. Then, if the transfer is approved, you will be able to accept the transfer.
