To view the answers to those these form questions you need to go back to the main page that lists all of their uploadable forms and the view application button. Select VIEW FILE for both the parental notification form and the spiritual reference form to read those answers. (The answers are actually put together on the same page, so when you click on one View File, you will see the answers for both the parental advice and spiritual references when you select either of the View Files).
If the participant answered their financiial independence questions a certain way (SEE Parental Nofication for more details). Then you will not have a parental notification form to view. It will just say Parental Notification Form not needed- Financially Independent"Financially Independent Over 21- Parent Reference not needed".
If they did have their parent/guardian fill out the parental notification form you will need to read the answers they gave to make sure you don't need to contact the parent. Sometimes

You may see: "WE HAVE ENCOURAGED OUR SON/DAUGHTER TO PARTICIPATE" - which means you are good to go! OR You may see: "WE ARE NOT OPPOSED TO OUR SON/DAUGHTER PARTICIPATING, BUT WE HAVE THE FOLLOWING RESERVATIONS THAT WE SIMPLY WANT TO MAKE RELIANT AWARE OF"....... and that usually follows with a question or concern that you may need to follow up with. In the bottom of the box you will see contact information for the parent/guardian. There will be a phone number and an email. |

Update Status
Update Status – Once you have received all application pieces and evaluated whether you want to accept them into the program or not you would come here.

Once you have updated the applicant’s status click “Close” in the upper right hand corner. In order to see the updated status, you will need to refresh your MyGCM view before it will show the changes.
