All employees must take the Sexual Abuse Awareness course (length 1.5 hours) 

• The Skillful Screening Course (length: 2.25 hours) is optional. This course may be helpful to you if you oversee a children's or youth ministry or if you are involved in interviews or the hiring process for staff or volunteers. If you would like to take the course and do not see it on your MinistrySafe home page, email hr@reliant.org.

All employees must take the Workplace Harassment & Discrimination course (length 30 35 minutes). 

If you are a Supervisor/Manager you will also need to complete the Supervisor Responsibilities portion of the Workplace Harassment & Discrimination course as well (length 10 minutes).

All employees must complete the Policy Review & Attestation course. (length 15 minutes)

For most staff, the training will take just over 2 hours. All of the courses can be taken at the user's own pace and they do not have to be completed in one sitting. Here's more detailed information about the Required Education Courses.

All employees will also partake in a Ministry Experience Survey: This survey will give you the opportunity to provide feedback on your ministry experience and the services that Reliant provides to you as ministry staff.
