Reliant will provide standardized organizational contingency template plans (see list below) for all risk levels. These contingency template plans can use used for creating specific contingency plans based on risks associated with a specific team location. The local field leaders will identify top risks for the team's location and then evaluate which contingency plans from the list should be created/customized according to those risks.

Risks and Contingencies based on threat level:

• BASIC: At a minimum, an international location determined by Reliant to have a BASIC International Risk Level should submit the top 3 (or more if needed) contingency plans determined to be the greatest risks for their location from the list below. 
• MODERATE: At a minimum, an international location determined by Reliant to be MODERATE International Risk Level should submit the top 5 (or more if needed depending on the location) contingency plans determined to be the greatest risks for their location from the list below. 
• HIGH: At a minimum, an international location determined by Reliant to be MODERATE or HIGH  International Risk LevelsLevel should submit the top 5 (or more if needed depending on the location) contingency plans determined to be the greatest risks for their location from the list below.
