  1. Establish a self-reporting company culture on your team (See Employee Reporting)
  2. Follow the proper reporting protocols:
    1. Personnel Team Members should confidentially report to the Team Field Leader all Moral Failures moral failures (including level 1-4 incidents). If the Team Leader is the object of scrutiny, the person should report directly to HR.Reliant Central through standard CMT reporting protocols
    2. The Team Field Leader will report to the HR Manager Reliant CMT all level 1-3 incidents
    3. The HR manager CMT member receiving the report will disclose information as needed to the rest of the CMT for all level 12-2 incidents3 incidents
    4. Any incident that is deemed to be level 4-5 will require response (and possible management) from the entire Reliant CMT
  3. When moral failures occur, the Field Leader should address the conflict directly and justly
