Both incidents (events that caused injury to a person or damage to equipment, building, or materials) and near misses (events that could have caused injury to a person or damage to equipment, building, or materials) that involve Reliant staff members (employees or associates) must be reported to Reliant Central Office.

If a staff member (employee or associate) is involved in an accident or near-miss:

  • Contact your Program Liaison as soon as possible.
    • If an employee is injured while performing ministry responsibilities on the weekend or after normal business hours, email benefits@reliant.org to notify the Employee Services team.
