Reliant will provide standardized organizational contingency template plans (See list below) for all risks above a medium risk level as well as others with an impact rating of severe or critical. These  These contingency template plans can use used for creating specific contingency plans for based on risks associated with a specific team location.  

Reliant will collect a specific local field contingency plan for team members living in a location that is considered moderate risk level or higher. The local team leaders as well as the CMT Crisis Management Team will evaluate which contingency plans from the list should be created according to the risks for your specific team's location.

It will be the responsibility and expectation of each team and individual reliant team member to have created their own contingency plan(s) and submit them yearly to Reliant. Those plans should also be printed and held at its own location. Reliant will review those plans with each team leader and confirm that all team members have their own copy with updated relevant information that changes.  

These plans will be reviewed and updated at a minimum of every two yearsyear. They will also be reviewed and updated immediately after a level 5 crisis event occurs (defined by a specific crisis).  If after a risk assessment there are changes to risks or impact levels are reaching above thresholds, then a contingency plan must be created or updated for that specific type of threat.
