Recommended to have a list  prepared in case of emergency. Here are recommendations. Recommended but not required.

In preparation for an evacuation or vehicle malfunction, all personnel are required to have a supply bag packed and stored in each vehicle at all times.  This bag should include all necessary supplies for an evacuation or crisis, but also be able to fit in any vehicle size without significantly affecting performance.  All vehicle supply bags must include at a minimum:
