Concilium suggested dividing these into what is necessary depending on the International Location Risk Level Assessment level for the location that Reliant would require for each person. We need to edit with what we want for our risk levels (Basic- meaning our minimum for everyone, Moderate, Extreme) The variance would be some of what it required verses recommended needs as well as the amounts for each that is required for each risk level category and duration of how long is needed. As well as when to carry these items can change on threat level- is it always or just if you are leaving the city radius? . |

| Go bag is required. Certain things required for to-go bag:
Here's a recommended list. (personalized to your context) In preparation for an evacuation, all personnel are required to have a “go bag” packed at all times. The “go bag” is a bag of supplies that is ready to be accessed in case of an emergency and will help the individual to safely and effectively evacuate in a crisis. This bag should include all necessary supplies for an evacuation, but also be portable enough to be carried by a single individual during travel. Staff must take this on all excursions outside of a major city. In addition to all items staff must carry at all times (see above), the Go Bag should include at a minimum:
