titleI completed the courses as part of my New Staff Training with Reliant. Do I need to take them again?

If you attended New Staff Training (NST) since January 2021 and completed the courses, you do not need to take them as part of the Annual Required Education for existing staff. All Reliant Staff that attended NST prior to January 2021 will need to complete them again as part of the Annual Required Education.

titleHow do I complete the Story Quizzes 1-4 on Telios Teaches at the end of the course?

When you reach part 4/4 Titled: Sexual Harassment Prevention: Apply What You've Learned, there will be four Story Quizzes. To complete each quiz, follow the steps below.

  1. Complete each quizStory Quiz by scrolling down the page or by clicking "OK"
  2. Select "Next" to move on to the next page
  3. Each Story Quiz will end when it gets to the "Conclusion" portion and you click "Done"
  4. Once each quiz is complete, a Survey Monkey slide will appear
  5. Simply click on the blue "Complete & Continue" button to move on to the next quiz
  6. Once you've completed all four quizzes, a note will appear saying, "Congratulations! You completed Flagship Training 2021: Preventing Sexual Harassment & Discrimination in the Christian Workplace!"" note will appear 
  7. Click on "Get Your Certificate" and it will open a new page where you will be able to download your certificate for your records
  8. Then you can You may exit the coursecourse

titleWhat if I can't complete the courses by August 7?

You may send an exception request to Julie Thomas, HR Compliance Officer, at julie.thomas@reliant.org with your reason for the exception. Please copy your supervisor and Program Team Lead on the email.
