Go to apply.reliant.org and LOG IN.

After you have logged in, you will select ADMIN as the role in order to view the reports below.

Click the "Reports" button in the menu at the top of the page.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the Report for which Program you want to download for. 

*The number of views is not the number of applicants (this number includes many test applications).

Next click on one of the columns so it looks like this..

Then click the 3 dots menu in the upper right to open the options menu to see the download option...

Click on Save and Export

This window will pop up. Just keep CSV format and then click Export.

Then click Download.

Create a filename and select EXPORT to then download and save the Report as a .csv or .xlsx. Typically .csv works better.

The report will open like this. The numbers will be incorrect because they are only pulling for your LT (but the program is counting participants from all LTs as well as all the test applications that we made for testing.

You can You can delete the extra columns (application state and application name) and widen the columns and transfer this data to a google sheet to share with your Collegiate church leaders.

We tried to filter out blank lines, but you will want to delete any blank lines if you do see any- those are names that haven't finished the first page so they haven't added their names yet to the assessment and also if the Collegiate LT program is blank then they haven't picked their LT yet which means it could be for any of the LT programs so you should not count that in your numbers.  We added the "name of school where your collegiate church is located" column which will say their church if they choose "other". , so it will only have information for anyone that chooses Other..

If any of the columns are empty, it might mean that the applicant hasn't completed the forms with those questions yet.
