These are instructions for Mission Trips and International Programs Set Up with a local church or ministry. |
Grace Event Set up Form Template and shares it with events@reliant.org.
Reliant events will begin to set up a new event fund and website and creating google docs.
Participants will be added to the set up form...
As participants are added they will receive two emails.
1) Welcome to Reliant email requesting that they create a Reliant ID (making sure to add address and phone number) and also a Liability Waiver to fill out
2) After both of those have been completed they will receive an email saying they are ready to begin support raising through Reliant.
Once the event set up has been completed Reliant will meet with event leaders to give instructions.
Go over google docs, etc.
Closer to the trip Reliant will meet with the event financial admin to discuss event finance instructions.
