Remember, this is just the stages of the HUB for the assessment. The applicants once accepted will go to events.reliant.org to make their LT deposits and fee payments. You will need to assess events.reliant.org to download finance information of who has paid what deposit for your LT.  (See those directions below)

HUB stages for Collegiate LT Program:

  • Assessment Stage: this encompasses a lot of territory)- it means the applicant has begun the assessment and either they have not finished filling it out (which may or may not include having paid the assessment fee). Or, they are still waiting for their parent or spiritual reference to be submitted. (Unfortunately we could not filter the query to show if they have received their references or not for you to view, but the applicant receives an email once those have been completed so they are aware if they have been completed or not. So, if you want to follow up with the applicant you can email to let them know their application is incomplete and to either follow up with their references or finish filling out the assessment and pay.  If you do not see an amount in the query below then you know that they have not paid the assessment fee yet.
  • Reliant Review: this is the initial Review performed by Reliant (either Carol Keith or Sarah Swann). If there are no concerns the applicant will be accepted during this review.
  • Collegiate Review: if there are concerns on their application it is passed on to the National Collegiate Assessment Director to assess.
  • National Review: if there are serious concerns it is passed along to Reliant legal counsel (Dave Meldrum-Green) and Collegiate NEB representative to assess.
  • Counselor Review: if there is a safety concern the national review may request a counselor review. the applicant would need to seek a counselor for a reference.
  • Acceptance: the applicant has been accepted
  • Accepted with Conditions: the applicant was accepted but will need follow up over the summer with their conditions for acceptance
  • Declined: the applicant was not accepted (the National Collegiate Assessment Director will follow up with the LT Director and local church before this is sent to the applicant).

LT PROGRAM REPORTING IN THE HUB

Here is how to access the reports on the HUB..

UI Steps

UI Step

Click the "Reports" button in the menu at the top of the page.

UI Step

Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the Report for which Program you want to download for.

*The number of views is not the number of applicants (this number includes many test applications).

UI Step

The Report will open like this...

Next click on one of the columns so it looks like this..

.

Then click the 3 dots menu in the upper right to open the options menu to see the download option...

UI Step

Create a filename and select EXPORT to then download and save the Report as a .csv or .xlsx. Typically .csv works better.

UI Step

The report will open like this. The numbers will be incorrect because they are only pulling for your LT (but the program is counting participants from all LTs as well as all the test applications that we made for testing.

You can delete the extra columns (application state and application name) and widen the columns and transfer this data to a google sheet to share with your Collegiate church leaders.

We tried to filter out blank lines, but you will want to delete any blank lines if you do see any- those are names that haven't finished the first page so they haven't added their names yet to the assessment and also if the Collegiate LT program is blank then they haven't picked their LT yet which means it could be for any of the LT programs so you should not count that in your numbers.

LT PROGRAM PAYMENT REPORTING ON EVENTS.RELIANT.ORG

You can follow these directions to access events.reliant.org to see who has paid their deposit and LT fees.

Accessing the site

  1. To Log into the Directors site you will need to log into events.reliant.org with your ID and password.
  2. Scroll over the “Events” tab, you should see in the drop down “Event Leaders”.  Click on “Event Leaders”

  3. Click on the summer program that you are logging into.

Export Data

At the bottom left of the page you will also see the option to Export Data.  It will download an excel spreadsheet with information listed about the participant that you can then rearrange or cut and paste, etc. to customize into an excel sheet that shows the information you want to view for multiple participants.  This is a great tool for viewing student payments and fees for collections.
