Remember, this is just the stages of the HUB for the assessment. The applicants once accepted will go to events.reliant.org to make their LT deposits and fee payments. You will need to assess events.reliant.org to download finance information of who has paid what deposit for your LT.  (See those directions below)

Info

HUB stages for Collegiate LT Program:

  • Assessment Stage: this encompasses a lot of territory)- it means the applicant has begun the assessment and either they have not finished filling it out (which may or may not include having paid the assessment fee). Or, they are still waiting for their parent or spiritual reference to be submitted. (Unfortunately we could not filter the query to show if they have received their references or not for you to view, but the applicant receives an email once those have been completed so they are aware if they have been completed or not. So, if you want to follow up with the applicant you can let them know their application is incomplete and to either follow up with their references or finish filling out the assessment and pay.
  • Reliant Review: this is the initial Review performed by Reliant (either Carol Keith or Sarah Swann). If there are no concerns the applicant will be accepted during this review.
  • Collegiate Review: if there are concerns on their application it is passed on to the National Collegiate Assessment Director to assess.
  • National Review: if there are serious concerns it is passed along to Reliant legal counsel (Dave Meldrum-Green) and Collegiate NEB representative to assess.
  • Counselor Review: if there is a safety concern the national review may request a counselor review. the applicant would need to seek a counselor for a reference.
  • Acceptance: the applicant has been accepted
  • Accepted with Conditions: the applicant was accepted but will need follow up over the summer with their conditions for acceptance
  • Declined: the applicant was not accepted (the National Collegiate Assessment Director will follow up with the LT Director and local church before this is sent to the applicant).

Export Data

At the bottom left of the page you will also see the option to Export Data.  It will download an excel spreadsheet with information listed about the participant that you can then rearrange or cut and paste, etc. to customize into an excel sheet that shows the information you want to view for multiple participants.  This is a great tool for viewing student payments and fees for collections.
