10x10: Your Fundraising Blueprint is a ten-part podcast companion that staff can utilize as if they do a larger chunk of MTD as part of their job description. In the series each episode, Jenni Saniuk and Russell Dietrich, two of Reliant's MTD Specialists explore what could happen if staff gave 10 hours a week for 10 weeks exclusively to ministry team development and the amazing things God could accomplish through them in that extended time.Each weekly conversation breaks down the weekly steps in the 10x10 journeyspecialists, break down the weekly steps in the 10x10 process, where staff devote 10 hours per week to MTD for 10 weeks.
