's Women's Staff Development Mentorship Program launches during the Spring & Fall of each year.

Before committing on Monday, February 28, 2022. The Mentorship Program course will be made available in LEARN on February 28, 2022. Those who are interested in being mentored will have until March 21, 2022, to complete the Mentorship Program course in LEARN. Before making any commitment to this program as a Mentor or Mentee, please make sure that you must have the support and approval of your Supervisor approval. A Mentorship Program Resource for Supervisors is provided below.

This is an optional mentorship program that will be between female Reliant employees or associates. The mentorships offered will either be one-on-one mentorships or group mentorships that meet virtually. Commitment to the mentorship program will be at the discretion of the Mentor, Mentee(s), and Supervisor(s)Participants should discuss with their Supervisors the time commitment required and whether participation will be during work hours or outside of them.

We anticipate these mentorships will meet together for at least a year but also know that some may last longer and some may be shorter, and that's okay! Reliant is here to foster these opportunities, but it’s essentially up to those involved in each individual mentorship how long it will last, what will be discussed, and how often they will meet.
