This is a copy of the email that goes out to all new Aetna members. Welcome Emails are sent within two business days of enrollment on the Aetna website. Enrollment paperwork is collected via DocuSign, and the Benefits Team at Reliant usually processes new enrollments within 2 business days of receipt of completed enrollment paperwork. Note: If you are trying to register on the Aetna site you will need the Member ID number listed on your welcome email from Aetna. If you do not have this email, you may want to search your junk email. If you cannot find the email and you do not have your ID card, the phone number you will need to call Aetna directly at is 800-231-7729 (toll-free) or 813-775-0449 (direct). You may need to reference Our Group #0142986. You may also reference the Group employer name: Reliant (or in some secure locations you may use the name: IPA, Reliant's DBA). |

You can register in just a few steps by visiting “Secure Member Website”.
